The virtual office service is the union of two services: mail management and personalized telephone answering.
It is a typical business center service that allows you to have a presence in Italy in the city or cities of your choice with a personal telephone number and an address to receive mail. Our locations throughout Italy provide the service with different prices.
The mail management service may be related to having a simple business address or postal domiciliation, or may also be legal domiciliation service. The business center will receive your correspondence, store it and send you a report.
In contrast, the telephone answering service consists of assigning a fixed line number with the area code of the city in which the business center is located – 06 for Rome, 02 for Milan, 051 for Bologna, etc. – that the service will custom answer for you according to your instructions. In this way you will have a postal address and telephone number to include in your letterhead, your website, and to communicate to your customers and suppliers.
The business center’s secretarial staff will answer your phone calls and take down the information from callers – name, surname, telephone, email, reason for the call, etc. – can transfer the call to you in real time, even in your foreign office or a mobile phone number, and send you a detailed report in the manner agreed upon.
